This was an absolute blast. A must do adrenaline rush right here at home.Great lodging,friendly bilingual staff.The equipment was in tip top shape.They had a great safety tip seminar prior to going out.I suggest going as early in the season as possible when the water is high and you fly down the river. Making for a more intense ride.Note* Make sure the heavier people in your group are in the front.That way when you flip the lighter people do not get squished against the rocks by the heavier people.

Skilled boat guides (average 10+ years on the river) give you the level of thrill you are looking for, and provide many opportunities for amping-up the excitement. If you do find yourself suddenly out of the boat, seasoned guides on kayaks accompany the run to provide help. Essentially, the crew at Propulsion are friendly folks to be with, working together as a team to share with you their passion of Rivire Rouge.

We had an amazing rafting experience with Propulsion. It was my and our kids' (11, 14, 15) first time rafting, but my husband had done it before. Our guide, Joannie perfectly lead us through a fun, exciting and safe trip. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and adjusted the experience to meet the interests of everyone on the raft. The other rafts seem to be having an equally good time. We did the full day session and were really glad we did. Even though the second run was on the same section of the river as what we did in the morning, it felt like a different trip because you always hit the rapids slightly different each time. Plus, we all enjoyed hanging out for the BBQ after the second run and the kids took full advantage of the hot tub and pool. I would say this was probably our family's favorite experience of our Quebec vacation. We hope to come back again next year - or sooner!
This was an experience of lifetime. The guides were very clear on instructions and put lot of stress on safety. The whole rafting route was beautiful and the rapids were exhilerating. On the lodge there was volleyball, swimming pool and jacuzzi. We enjoyed every bit of our whole trip.
